Requirements:
• Bachelor in Human Resources Management or related disciplines,
• minimum 1-3 yrs’ hands-on experience in all-round HR functions;
• teamwork, detail minded, self-motivated with positive attitude, excellent work ethics;
• good spoken & written English;
• proficiency in MS Office (Excel,ppt…) data analytics, HR report as required;
• familiar with SuccessFactors/SAP is preferred;
职位职责:
Responsibilities:
• provide general day-to-day HR function & operation support;
• handle full spectrum of HR suppot including but not limited to recruitment, on/off-boarding, C&B, P&G, training, reporting,
• contract draft according to suitable templates;
• comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, labor ordinance/law, regulations in PRC & HK
• maintain and updated employee database in central HR & filing system;
• support to various HR projects group-wide;
• perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
